The hustle and bustle of shoppers in stores
The opening and closing of every door.
People scrambling for that special gift
Maybe a toy or a make believe snowdrift.
A time to put up decorations
All around the house in every location.
The twinkling lights and holly wreaths
With big red bows underneath.
Santa and his sleigh on the roof
With all the reindeer tapping their hooves.
Out on the lawn there's a
snowman full of air
Not a snowflake to be found anywhere.
