Halloween Night

Haunting night with a bright full moon,
Awesome night for witches to fly on their brooms;
Lighted candles cast shadows of spooky silhouettes,
Lanterns scare away the wild flying bats.
Out comes the ghost and strange characters
to give you such a fright,
Watch out for the fangs of a vampire
who appears on a full moon night.
Eerie sounds may give you a chill,
Enter at your own risk upon the grave stone hill;
No return if the spooks are there still.
Never go alone on this Halloween night,
Important to have someone with you
and go where there is alot of light.
Give a knock or two then stand back
as you say, "Trick or Treat!"
Have your goodies thoroughly inspected
before you dig in to eat.
Then when this night is over
and everything else turned out alright . . .
You'll know you had a Happy Halloween
and a very safe Halloween Night!
